Here are just a few of the materials that we have cut. Efficient cutting occurs in materials that are 1" and less in thickness. Materials up to 8" thick can be cut. Hardness is not an issue. The cut is totally cold, Even though we are cutting with over 40,000 pounds of pressure, the area of the cut is so small that only 1 pound of force is applied to the material. This virtually eliminates distortion from cutting or clamping forces.
